Printing and sending the quote
A finished quote reaches the customer in one of three ways: printed on paper, saved as a PDF file, or copied as text into a chat.
The buttons under the total
Under ราคารวมทั้งสิ้น (Grand total) in the price summary are three buttons, from left to right:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| A curved arrow, เริ่มใบใหม่ (New quote) | clears the quote you are on and starts a new one |
| Two overlapping squares, คัดลอก (Copy) | copies the quote as text |
| พิมพ์ใบเสนอราคา (Print quote) | opens the browser's print window |
The first two are icons only; hold the mouse over one to see its name.
Preview before printing
Press ดูตัวอย่าง (Preview) in the middle of the top bar to see the quote exactly as it prints, on A4 paper. On a small screen the whole page is shrunk rather than rearranged, so what you see matches the paper. The button works once there are shirts on the quote.
In this view the top bar has คัดลอก (Copy) and พิมพ์ (Print). Press สร้าง (Build) to go back and edit; everything you filled in is still there.
Printing, or saving a PDF
- Press พิมพ์ใบเสนอราคา (Print quote) in the summary, or พิมพ์ (Print) in the preview.
- The browser's print window opens.
- Choose a printer to print on paper, or change the printer to save as PDF to get a file to send the customer. What that choice is called differs from browser to browser.
Printing works once there are shirts on the quote. Only the quote itself prints — none of the screen's buttons or bars. If the web address or the date of printing appears along the paper's edge, turn off headers and footers in the print window.
What is on the quote
- The letterhead: your shop's logo, name, address, phone and contact, as the shop admin set them on the ตั้งค่าร้าน (Shop settings) screen. Anything the shop left empty is not printed.
- Top right: ใบเสนอราคา (Quotation), with เลขที่ (No.) and วันที่ (Date).
- ลูกค้า (Customer): the details from the Customer step, only those filled in, beside รายละเอียดงาน (Job details): the shirt, print locations and technique.
- The table, with the columns รายการ (Item), จำนวน (Qty), ราคา/ตัว (Price per shirt) and จำนวนเงิน (Amount). It starts with the shirt and its brand, then งานพิมพ์ (รวมในราคาต่อตัวแล้ว) (Printing, included in the price per shirt), which gives each print location's technique and print size; a location charged a block fee is marked มีค่าบล็อก (Block fee charged). Then come the sizes, the line รวมค่าเสื้อและงานพิมพ์ (Shirts and printing), and after it the block fee and the extras.
- The totals, on the right under the table: รวมเป็นเงิน (Subtotal), the discount, the tax, and ราคารวมทั้งสิ้น (Grand total).
- The foot: lines to sign for ผู้เสนอราคา (Quoted by) and ผู้อนุมัติ (Approved by).
With no VAT, the quote has no tax lines at all. With VAT, the amount before tax and the tax are set out above the grand total, and when the tax is included, (รวมภาษีแล้ว) (VAT included) appears under ราคารวมทั้งสิ้น.
The quote carries no payment terms, validity period or bank details. If the customer needs them, write them in หมายเหตุงาน (Job notes) in the Customer step.
The number and the date
A quote's number starts with QT, then the date it was issued (a two-digit AD year, the month and the day), and ends with one letter and three digits. QT-260929-K482 is a quote issued on 29 September 2026.
- The same quote prints with the same number however many times you print it, and the copied message uses the same number.
- A new number is issued when you press เริ่มใบใหม่ (New quote) or open the quote screen afresh.
- The end of the number is random, not a running count, because the app does not keep quotes. To keep a record, keep the PDF or the paper.
The วันที่ (Date) on the quote is the day the quote screen was opened, or เริ่มใบใหม่ was last pressed, in Thai time — not the day you print it. If the screen has been left open overnight, press เริ่มใบใหม่ before the first quote of the new day.
Copying it into a chat
Press คัดลอก (Copy), then paste into your chat with the customer, such as in LINE. คัดลอกสรุปใบเสนอราคาแล้ว (Quote summary copied) appears once it is copied. The message looks like this:

ข้อมูลลูกค้า
ลูกค้า: คุณบูม

กำหนดรับงาน: 20/10/2026
The message is in Thai. From the top: the quote's number; รายการที่สั่ง (Items ordered), with the shirt, its brand and each print location; จำนวน (Quantity), with each size's price per shirt, count and amount; the block fee, extras, subtotal, discount and VAT; รวมทั้งสิ้น (Grand total); and ข้อมูลลูกค้า (Customer details). It is the same quote as the example in The price summary; a line that does not apply to a quote, such as a discount or tax, is left out.
If it says คัดลอกไม่สำเร็จ (Copy failed), the browser did not allow the copy, which can happen in a browser opened inside another app. Open your shop's address in the device's own browser, such as Chrome or Safari, and copy again — or save a PDF and send the file instead.
Starting a new quote
Press the curved arrow, เริ่มใบใหม่ (New quote), when you move on to the next customer. The app:
- clears every step: back to your shop's first shirt model, with no print locations, quantities, customer details, extras or discount;
- puts VAT back to the shop's default;
- goes back to the first step, and issues a new number and date.
เริ่มใบเสนอราคาใบใหม่แล้ว (New quote started) then appears.
A new quote is started without asking, and it cannot be undone: the old quote is gone at once, because the app does not save quotes. Print it, save the PDF, or copy it to the customer before you press it.
