Models
A model is one garment your shop sells: a brand's product of one garment type, with a price for each size it comes in. On the quote screen, models are the cards the counter chooses from in the first step, and a model's prices are the blank-shirt prices per shirt in the ไซส์ & จำนวน (Sizes & quantities) step.
The table
The table's columns are ชื่อรุ่น (Model name), ประเภท (Type), แบรนด์ (Brand), ราคาต่อไซส์ (บาท) (Price per size, baht), สถานะ (Status) and จัดการ (Actions). Under a model's name, in small type, is its fabric or cut, if you entered one.
The price column sums a model up in one figure: a single price, such as ฿120, when every size costs the same, or the lowest to the highest, such as ฿120–฿130, when they differ. Each size's price is in the edit panel.
Above the table are two filters, กรองตามประเภท (Filter by type) and กรองตามแบรนด์ (Filter by brand), both starting on ทั้งหมด (All). Choose a garment type or a brand to see only its models; you can use one filter or both together. When no model matches, the screen says ไม่พบรุ่นที่ตรงกับตัวกรอง (No models match the filters).
- The filters stay set when you open and close the edit panel, and when you reload the page.
- The จำนวนรุ่น (Number of models) counts on แบรนด์ (Brands) and ประเภทเสื้อ (Garment types) also lead here, with the table already filtered to that brand's or type's models.
- While a filter is set, the screen says ล้างตัวกรองก่อนจึงจะจัดลำดับได้ (Clear the filters to reorder). Set both back to ทั้งหมด (All) to drag rows into order.
Adding a model
Press เพิ่มรายการใหม่ (Add new). The เพิ่มรุ่นใหม่ (Add a new model) panel opens, with these boxes:
- ชื่อรุ่น (Model name), which must be filled in, such as 76000. It is the name on the model's card on the quote screen, and on the printed quote it follows the garment type's name: เสื้อยืด · 76000 (T-shirt · 76000).
- เนื้อผ้า / ทรง (Fabric / cut), which can be left empty, such as Cotton 100% 32s คอกลม (crew neck). It follows the brand's name, on the card and on the quote: Gildan · Cotton 100% 32s คอกลม.
- ประเภท (Type) offers only the garment types on sale. The type decides which print locations the quote screen offers for the model.
- แบรนด์ (Brand) offers every brand, retired ones included. Choose a retired brand and the model does not appear on the quote screen.
- The price table has a row for every size. Enter a price under ราคา (บาท) (Price, baht) for each size the model is sold in, at least one. The next section explains how.
A new model's panel starts with the first garment type on sale and the first brand in the แบรนด์ (Brands) table already chosen. Check both before you press เพิ่มรายการใหม่ (Add new).
Changing prices
The prices in the panel are for the blank shirt, per shirt, without printing. Printing is charged by the technique chosen on the quote screen.
- Press แก้ไข (Edit) on the model's row.
- Change the figures under ราคา (บาท) (Price, baht) for the sizes you want.
- Press บันทึก (Save).
A size's price box also says whether the model is sold in that size:
- A box with a price is a size the model is sold in. In the ไซส์ & จำนวน (Sizes & quantities) step, that size gets a box for its quantity.
- An empty box is a size it is not sold in. To stop selling a size, delete the figure in its box; to start, enter a price.
- 0 sells the size at ฿0. It does not mean the size is not sold.
Type a price as a whole number of baht, such as 1250, with no ฿ and no comma. Satang cannot be entered.
The price table lists every size there is. กลุ่มไซส์ (Size group), above it, shows just one group, such as เด็ก (Kids'), and while it does, the panel says กรองเฉพาะกลุ่มนี้ · ราคาไซส์กลุ่มอื่นยังถูกเก็บไว้ครบ (Showing this group only · every price in the other groups is kept). The prices in the hidden groups are not lost when you save, and the group you chose stays chosen when you open the next model, so you can price several models in the same group one after another.
New prices apply to quote screens opened after you save; one already open has to be reloaded first. See The admin area at a glance.
Retiring or deleting
Retire a model you have stopped selling for now: it leaves the quote screen but stays in the table. Delete one added by mistake: it goes to the ถังขยะ (Trash). How to do both is in Add, edit, retire and delete.
If a model says เปิดขาย (On sale) but is not on the quote screen, check that its brand and its garment type are on sale too.
When a save is refused
These messages appear in the panel, which stays open with everything you entered still in it. Put it right and press บันทึก (Save) again.

If บันทึกไม่ได้ เพราะจะไม่เหลือเสื้อให้สั่งเลย หน้าใบเสนอราคาจะเปิดไม่ได้ (Cannot save: there would be no shirts left to order, and the quote screen could not open) appears at the bottom of the screen, this is the last model the quote screen can still use, as when you retire or delete the last one. Add another model, or put one back on sale, first. The messages every screen shares are in Add, edit, retire and delete.
