Customer details
The ลูกค้า (Customer) step takes the customer's details for the quote. Its heading on the screen reads ข้อมูลลูกค้า (Customer details). Every box can be left empty, so fill in what you know; a quote prints without this step at all.
The boxes in this step

The date needed
Press the box to open a calendar, then press the day; the calendar closes by itself. At the top of the calendar are a month list and a year list, so you can jump to a month far ahead instead of paging through one month at a time.
The date shows as day/month/year, with the year AD rather than the Thai Buddhist year, such as 20/10/2026. To take the date off, open the calendar and press the same day again.
Delivery and artwork
Press either of these to choose from a list.
- การรับสินค้า (Delivery) always has รับที่หน้าร้าน (Pick up at the shop) and จัดส่งพัสดุ (Ship by parcel), plus any your shop has added, such as ส่ง Kerry (Send by Kerry). The shop admin adds them on the ตั้งค่าร้าน (Shop settings) screen, under ช่องทางการรับสินค้า (Delivery options).
- ไฟล์งาน (Artwork) has ลูกค้ามีไฟล์ (Customer has the file) and ลูกค้าไม่มีไฟล์ (Customer has no file).
Both start on ไม่ระบุ (Not specified), which means no answer yet, and the quote leaves that line out. If you choose the wrong one, choose ไม่ระบุ to take the answer off.
Job notes
This box takes more than one line: press Enter for a new line, as in a delivery address. On the printed quote and in the copied message, the notes keep the lines you typed.
Where these details appear
- สรุปราคา (the price summary) has a ข้อมูลลูกค้า (Customer details) part under the prices, showing only the boxes that are filled in.
- In the step-by-step layout's list of steps, the customer's name appears under ลูกค้า (Customer) once it is typed.
- On the printed quote and the copied message, an empty box leaves no line. If none is filled in, the customer part is left out altogether.
The app keeps no list of customers. Every new quote starts with these boxes empty, and เริ่มใบใหม่ (New quote) clears the customer details of the quote before it.
