Signing in
Your shop has a web address of its own, and a PIN takes the place of a username and password. This page covers signing in to open the quote screen, and signing out.
The app is in Thai, so the labels below are quoted as they appear on screen, with an English gloss in brackets.
Your shop's address
Every shop has its own web address, such as yourshop.screenhouse.app. The last screen of signing up shows yours, with a แสดง PIN (Show PINs) button that gives you both PINs. They are shown there once only, and emailed to you as well, at the email you signed up with.
Open it in a browser on whatever the counter uses — a computer, a tablet or a phone — and your shop's เข้าสู่ระบบ (Sign in) screen appears, with your shop's name on it.
Two PINs
A shop has two 6-digit PINs, and no usernames. The PIN you type decides what you can open.

A shop run by one person can use the admin PIN alone. To open the admin area, see Signing in with the admin PIN.
Signing in
- Open your shop's address.
- Type the PIN into the box labelled รหัส PIN 6 หลัก (6-digit PIN). It takes digits only.
- Press เข้าสู่ระบบ (Sign in). The button works once all 6 digits are in.
- The quote screen opens.
A device stays signed in for 12 hours from the moment it signed in. After that, the app asks for the PIN again.
A wrong PIN
The app says รหัส PIN ไม่ถูกต้อง (Wrong PIN) and clears the boxes for another try.
After 5 wrong PINs in a row, the app stops taking PINs for 15 minutes and says ใส่รหัส PIN ผิดหลายครั้งเกินไป กรุณาลองใหม่ในอีกไม่กี่นาที (Too many wrong PINs, try again in a few minutes). Until then even the right PIN will not get in, and the count covers every device in the shop. Devices that are already signed in carry on as normal.
A forgotten PIN
Under the boxes it says ลืมรหัส PIN? ติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบเพื่อขอรหัสใหม่ (Forgot your PIN? Ask the system administrator for a new one).
- A forgotten staff PIN: the shop's admin can set a new one on the ตั้งค่าร้าน (Shop settings) screen.
- A forgotten admin PIN: contact us for a new one. Your catalogue and prices stay as they are.
Signing out
- Press the cog, บัญชีและการตั้งค่า (Account and settings), at the right-hand end of the quote screen's top bar.
- Choose ออกจากระบบ (Sign out).
- The app asks ออกจากระบบ? (Sign out?). Press ออกจากระบบ (Sign out) again to confirm, or ยกเลิก (Cancel).
Signing out loses the quote on screen: the app does not save quotes. If you still need it, print it or copy it for the customer first.
