The admin area at a glance
The admin area is several screens, one for each part of the shop, such as models, print locations and the shop's settings. This page covers the menu, the bar along the top, and the area's first page, ภาพรวม (Overview), which says what cannot be used in a quote yet.
The menu on the left
At the top of the menu are your shop's logo and name, which take you back to ภาพรวม (Overview). Below them are the admin screens in three groups, with the one you are on highlighted:
- เสื้อ (Garments): รุ่นเสื้อ (Models), แบรนด์ (Brands), ประเภทเสื้อ (Garment types) and ไซส์ (Sizes)
- งานสกรีน (Printing): ขนาดงานสกรีน (Print sizes), จุดสกรีน (Print locations) and เทคนิคสกรีน (Techniques)
- ร้าน (Shop), at the foot, apart from the catalogue — ตั้งค่าร้าน (Shop settings) and ถังขยะ (Trash) among them
At the very bottom are คู่มือการใช้งาน (User guide), which opens this guide in a new tab; ไปหน้าใบเสนอราคา (Go to the quote screen), to get back to quoting; and ออกจากระบบ (Sign out), which always asks ออกจากระบบ? (Sign out?) first.
The bar along the top
The bar along the top of every screen says where you are, such as งานสกรีน › จุดสกรีน (Printing › Print locations).
The button at its start, ซ่อนหรือแสดงเมนู (Hide or show the menu), shrinks the menu to its icons to give a table more room. Point at an icon to see its screen's name, and press the button again to bring the menu back. The device you are using remembers whether you left the menu open or shrunk.
On a narrow screen, such as a phone, the menu stays hidden until you press that same button, and closes by itself once you choose a screen.
The overview
The area's first page, ภาพรวม (Overview), has a card for each screen, grouped as in the menu. Press a card to open its screen. The trash has no card: open it from the menu.
Not ready for quotes yet
Some things on sale cannot be used in a quote yet, because a step is missing — a print location you have just added, for example, that no garment type has been ticked for. The quote screen simply leaves them out, and nothing there warns you.
So ภาพรวม (Overview) gathers them in a box above the cards, รายการที่ยังไม่พร้อมใช้ในใบเสนอราคา (Not ready for quotes yet), under a heading for what each one is missing. Press a name to go and fix it.
- ประเภทเสื้อที่ยังไม่มีรุ่นเสื้อให้เลือก (Garment types with no model to choose yet) opens รุ่นเสื้อ (Models) filtered to that type: put a model back on sale, or add one to the type. If its models are on sale already, check on แบรนด์ (Brands) that their brand is on sale too.
- จุดสกรีนที่ยังไม่มีประเภทเสื้อใดสกรีนได้ (Print locations no garment type offers yet) opens that print location: tick garment types under ประเภทเสื้อที่สกรีนจุดนี้ได้ (Garment types that offer this location) and press บันทึก (Save).
- จุดสกรีนที่ยังไม่มีเทคนิคใดสกรีนได้ (Print locations no technique can print yet) opens that print location: tick a print size a technique already has a price for under ขนาดงานที่สกรีนได้ (Print sizes this location takes) and press บันทึก (Save), or price one of the location's print sizes on เทคนิคสกรีน (Techniques).
- ขนาดงานสกรีนที่ยังไม่มีเทคนิคใดตั้งราคา (Print sizes no technique prices yet) opens เทคนิคสกรีน (Techniques): press แก้ไข (Edit) on a technique that prints that size, and enter a price in its row.
Anything retired or in the trash never appears in the box, and neither does the garment type อื่นๆ (Other) when it has no models, since it cannot be retired. Once everything is fixed, the box goes away by itself.
When the quote screen changes
What you change in the admin area applies to any quote screen opened afterwards, straight away. A quote screen that was already open keeps the old catalogue and prices until it is reloaded — and reloading clears the quote on it. So after changing prices, ask the counter to reload the quote screen before they start their next quote.
