Setting up your shop
A new shop does not start from nothing: it opens with a starting catalogue, complete enough to quote straight away. This page says what the starting catalogue holds, what to change before you quote for real, and, when you add something new, what has to come first.
The starting catalogue

The starting catalogue's prices are samples, not your shop's. Change them to your own before you send a quote to a real customer.
ตั้งค่าร้าน (Shop settings) holds only the shop's name: no logo or contact details yet, no delivery options of the shop's own, and quotes start with no VAT.
The order we suggest
- ตั้งค่าร้าน (Shop settings): check the shop's name, and add the logo and contact details, which print at the head of every quote. Set VAT if your shop is VAT-registered, and add your own delivery options. If you want to change the PINs you were given when you signed up, that is here too. See Shop settings.
- Your prices: change each model's price per size on Models, and each print size's price per shirt and block fee on Techniques.
- Retire what you do not sell, such as models or techniques your shop does not have. Anything retired leaves the quote screen but stays in its table, and can go back on sale whenever you like. See Add, edit, retire and delete.
- Add what is missing, in the order the next section gives.
- Check the overview. If ภาพรวม (Overview) shows a รายการที่ยังไม่พร้อมใช้ในใบเสนอราคา (Not ready for quotes yet) box, follow its links until the box goes away. The box names the garment types, print locations and print sizes still missing something. See The admin area at a glance.
- Try one quote on the quote screen, to check the prices come out right. Nothing is saved, so try as much as you like. How to make one is in The quote screen at a glance.
The app will not retire or delete the last of anything the quote screen can still use, such as the last model or the last technique left. To replace the whole starting catalogue with your own, add your own first, then retire the old.
Adding something new
Something new appears on the quote screen once everything it needs is in place. Add things in this order and nothing will hold you up.
- Brands and garment types before models. A model has to be given a brand and a garment type that already exist. Add them on Brands and Garment types, then add the model on Models. A new garment type appears on the quote screen once it has a model on sale.
- Print sizes before print locations and techniques. A print location is ticked with the print sizes it takes, and a technique is priced size by size. Add them on Print sizes.
- Print locations. Tick the print sizes the location takes, and the garment types that offer it. Add them on Print locations.
- Techniques. Price at least one print size. A technique is a choice at a print location only when it prices one of the sizes that location takes. Add them on Techniques.
Until everything is in place, ภาพรวม (Overview) lists what is still missing in its รายการที่ยังไม่พร้อมใช้ในใบเสนอราคา (Not ready for quotes yet) box, such as a garment type with no models yet, or a print size no technique prices.
