Sizes and quantities
The ไซส์ & จำนวน (Sizes & quantities) step takes how many shirts of each size. It is the one step that must be filled in before the quote can be printed.
A box for each size
- There is a box for every size this model sells. A size the model does not sell has no box.
- Each box shows the size and its price per shirt. That price is for the blank shirt, not including printing — the step's heading says so: เสื้อเปล่าไม่รวมสกรีน (Blank shirt, printing not included).
- Type the quantity into the box, or press − and + to take one off or add one.
- Press Tab to move to the next size's box. Tab skips the − and + buttons, so several sizes are quick to fill in one after another.
- A box with a quantity in it changes colour, so you can see which sizes are on the order.
Under the boxes is the รวมทั้งหมด (Total), such as 54 ตัว (54 shirts).
The price per shirt in the summary
In the price summary, each size is a line such as M · ฿180 × 24: size M, ฿180 a shirt, 24 shirts.
That price per shirt includes the printing at every print location, which is why it is higher than the price in the size's box, which is the blank shirt's. Extras and discounts are lines of their own and are not inside it.
No quantities yet
The summary says ยังไม่ได้ระบุจำนวน (No quantities yet) and พิมพ์ใบเสนอราคา (Print quote) cannot be pressed. Under the button it says ใส่จำนวนก่อนจึงจะพิมพ์ได้ (Enter quantities before printing).
When the model changes
The quantities you entered stay, except for sizes the new model does not sell, which are dropped. See Choosing the shirt.
