Print locations

A print location is a place on a garment that can be printed, such as the left chest or the full back. Each one says which print sizes it takes, and which garment types offer it. On the quote screen, print locations are the cards in the จุดสกรีน (Print locations) step, and the heading of each location's box in the เทคนิค (Technique) step. On the printed quote, a location's name is in รายละเอียดงาน (Job details), and under งานพิมพ์ (รวมในราคาต่อตัวแล้ว) (Printing, included in the price per shirt), with its technique and print size.

A print location on sale is offered on the quote screen for a model only when all three of these hold:

It takes at least one print size on sale.
The model's garment type offers it.
A technique on sale prices at least one of the sizes it takes.

The table

The table's columns are ชื่อจุด (Location name), ขนาดงาน (Print sizes), ประเภทเสื้อ (Garment types), สถานะ (Status) and จัดการ (Actions). Under a location's name, in small type, is its description, if you entered one.

ขนาดงาน (Print sizes) counts the print sizes the location takes, such as 2 ขนาด (2 sizes), counting only sizes on sale.
ประเภทเสื้อ (Garment types) counts the garment types that offer the location, such as 4 ประเภท (4 types), counting only types on sale. A location showing 0 ประเภท (0 types) does not appear on the quote screen.

Which sizes and types they are is in the edit panel.

The order of this table is the order of the cards in the จุดสกรีน (Print locations) step, and of the locations in the price summary and on the printed quote.

Adding a print location

Press เพิ่มรายการใหม่ (Add new). The เพิ่มจุดสกรีนใหม่ (Add a new print location) panel opens, with these boxes:

ชื่อจุด (Location name), which must be filled in, such as อกซ้าย (left chest). It is the name on the location's card on the quote screen, and it is printed on the quote.
คำอธิบาย (Description), which can be left empty, such as สูงสุด A5 (A5 at most). It appears under the location's name on its card, and beside the name in the เทคนิค (Technique) step, but it is not printed on the quote.
ภาพประกอบ (Illustration), which can be left unchosen. The picture appears on the location's card on the quote screen, to show where on the garment the location is. You choose from a set of pictures the app provides, named in English, such as Left Chest. To remove the picture, choose ไม่มีภาพ (No picture).
ขนาดงานที่สกรีนได้ (Print sizes this location takes): tick every size a print here can really be, at least one. A new location starts with none ticked. The list holds only print sizes on sale, from smallest to largest, each with its description under its name.
ประเภทเสื้อที่สกรีนจุดนี้ได้ (Garment types that offer this location): tick the garment types the location can be printed on. The list holds only types on sale. You can save with none ticked, but the location then does not appear on the quote screen, and ภาพรวม (Overview) lists it in its รายการที่ยังไม่พร้อมใช้ในใบเสนอราคา (Not ready for quotes yet) box.

A shop cannot upload an illustration itself. If you need one that is not on the list, contact us.

Choosing print sizes and garment types

Press แก้ไข (Edit) on the location's row, tick or untick under ขนาดงานที่สกรีนได้ (Print sizes this location takes) or ประเภทเสื้อที่สกรีนจุดนี้ได้ (Garment types that offer this location), and press บันทึก (Save).

Beside each list's heading is how many are ticked, such as เลือกแล้ว 2 จาก 3 (2 of 3 chosen).
A list of more than ten has a ค้นหาในรายการ (Search the list) box above it, which searches a size's description as well as its name. A search only hides what does not match: a tick on a hidden item stays, and is saved.

On the quote screen, the location's ขนาดงาน (Print size) choices are the sizes it has ticked that the chosen technique also prices. If the left chest has A5 and A4 ticked, for example, and the chosen technique prices only A4 and A3, A4 is the only choice.

The garment types ticked here are the same thing as the จุดสกรีน (Print locations) list on Garment types, so you can change it on either screen.

Techniques that can print the location

The edit panel of a location already saved also has a เทคนิคที่สกรีนจุดนี้ได้ (Techniques that can print this location) heading. It lists the techniques on sale that price at least one of the sizes the location takes. It is read-only: techniques' prices are changed on Techniques. Press a technique's name to open its edit panel.

The list is worked out from the sizes saved, so ticking another size does not change it until you press บันทึก (Save).

If it says ยังไม่มีเทคนิคใดสกรีนจุดนี้ได้ (No technique can print this location yet), the location does not appear on the quote screen. Tick a size a technique already prices, or enter a price for one of the location's sizes on เทคนิคสกรีน (Techniques).

Retiring or deleting

Retiring or deleting a print location takes it off the quote screen for every garment type. If it is the only location a type offers, that type's models say รุ่นนี้ยังไม่มีจุดสกรีนให้เลือก (This model has no print locations to choose yet) in the จุดสกรีน (Print locations) step. When a save is refused

The first two messages appear in the panel, which stays open with everything you entered and ticked still in it. Put it right and press บันทึก (Save) again.

ต้องกรอกช่องนี้ (This box must be filled in), under the ขนาดงานที่สกรีนได้ (Print sizes this location takes) list, means no size is ticked. Every location must take at least one.
A garment type's name, then a colon and จะไม่เหลือจุดสกรีนให้เลือกเลย — ติ๊กไว้ก่อน หรือไปเพิ่มจุดอื่นให้ที่หน้าประเภทเสื้อ (would have no print locations left to choose — keep it ticked for now, or add another location for it on Garment types), under the ประเภทเสื้อที่สกรีนจุดนี้ได้ (Garment types that offer this location) list, means this is the last location that type offers. Untick it and garments of that type would have no location to choose, so nothing is saved. Tick it again, or first tick another location for the type on Garment types.
บันทึกไม่ได้ เพราะจะไม่เหลือจุดสกรีนให้เลือกเลย (Cannot save: there would be no print locations left to choose), at the bottom of the screen as you retire or delete a location, or untick a size, means this is the last location the quote screen can still use. Add another location, or put one back on sale, first.
