The trash
The trash holds what you delete on the screens of the เสื้อ (Garments) and งานสกรีน (Printing) groups. Anything in the trash is off the quote screen and gone from its own screen's table, but it can be restored at any time until it is deleted forever. Open the trash from the ร้าน (Shop) group in the menu.
How to delete something, and how deleting differs from retiring, is in Add, edit, retire and delete. Sizes and the garment type อื่นๆ (Other) cannot be deleted, so they never reach the trash.
What is in the trash
The trash has a table for each screen things were deleted from, in this order: รุ่นเสื้อ (Models), แบรนด์ (Brands), ประเภทเสื้อ (Garment types), จุดสกรีน (Print locations), เทคนิคสกรีน (Techniques) and ขนาดงานสกรีน (Print sizes). A screen with nothing in the trash has no table.
Each table's columns are ชื่อ (Name), ลบเมื่อ (Deleted on) and จัดการ (Actions), with the most recently deleted at the top. ลบเมื่อ (Deleted on) is the day the row went into the trash, written day/month/year, AD, such as 14/10/2026.
When there is nothing in the trash, it says ถังขยะว่าง (The trash is empty).
Restoring
Press กู้คืน (Restore) on the row. There is no question first: the row goes back into its own screen's table, and บันทึกแล้ว (Saved) appears.
It comes back with its own details, such as a model's or a technique's prices, and as it was: on sale if it was on sale when you deleted it, and back on the quote screen; ปิดอยู่ (Retired) if it was retired.
If something you restored is still not on the quote screen:
- A model: check that its brand and garment type are not in the trash or retired. If you deleted a brand together with its models, restore both.
- Anything else: look at the รายการที่ยังไม่พร้อมใช้ในใบเสนอราคา (Not ready for quotes yet) box on ภาพรวม (Overview), which names the garment types, print locations and print sizes still missing something. See The admin area at a glance.
Deleting forever
Deleting forever removes the row from the system for good: it cannot be restored. You never have to: nothing in the trash appears anywhere but here, it can stay as long as you like, and the trash is never emptied by itself.
- Press ลบถาวร (Delete forever) on the row.
- The app asks ลบรายการนี้ถาวร? (Delete this item forever?). Press ลบถาวร (Delete forever) again to confirm, or ยกเลิก (Cancel).
A row labelled ยังลบถาวรไม่ได้ (Cannot be deleted forever yet) has its ลบถาวร (Delete forever) button greyed out. See When a row cannot be deleted forever, below.
Emptying the trash
ล้างถังขยะ (Empty the trash), above the tables on the right, deletes everything in the trash forever, all at once.
- Press ล้างถังขยะ (Empty the trash).
- The app asks ล้างถังขยะทั้งหมด? (Empty the whole trash?). Press ล้างถังขยะ (Empty the trash) again to confirm, or ยกเลิก (Cancel).
Once it is done, บันทึกแล้ว (Saved) appears and the screen says ถังขยะว่าง (The trash is empty).
The rows are deleted in the order of the tables on the screen, top to bottom. So a row labelled ยังลบถาวรไม่ได้ (Cannot be deleted forever yet) only because of other rows in the trash goes this way too. A brand deleted together with all its models, for example: the models go first, and then the brand can.
But if any row is still used by something outside the trash, nothing is deleted at all, the trash stays as it was, and ลบถาวรไม่ได้ เพราะยังมีรายการอื่นอ้างอิงอยู่ · ลบรายการที่อ้างอิงก่อน (Cannot delete forever: something else still refers to it · delete what refers to it first) appears at the bottom of the screen. It does not say which row. Look for rows labelled ยังลบถาวรไม่ได้ (Cannot be deleted forever yet) and fix them as the next section explains, or delete forever, one at a time, the rows that can go.
When a row cannot be deleted forever
A row that something else still uses cannot be deleted forever. It is labelled ยังลบถาวรไม่ได้ (Cannot be deleted forever yet), and its ลบถาวร (Delete forever) button is greyed out. What uses it counts whatever its state: on sale, retired or in the trash.

Nothing uses the rows in the รุ่นเสื้อ (Models) and เทคนิคสกรีน (Techniques) tables, so they can always be deleted forever.
If you do not need to, leave the row in the trash. To delete it forever, the way depends on where its users are:
- In the trash too: delete them forever first, such as a brand's models before the brand, or press ล้างถังขยะ (Empty the trash) if you mean to delete everything in it anyway.
- Models outside the trash: give them another brand or garment type on Models, or delete them too.
- Print locations, garment types or techniques outside the trash: follow the steps below.
A print location or print size in the trash is missing from the other screens' panels, so its ticks and prices cannot be taken off there. Bring it back first:
- Press กู้คืน (Restore). If it comes back ปิดอยู่ (Retired), put it on sale too, because the other screens' panels show only what is on sale. For a print location, at least one of the print sizes it takes must be on sale as well, or the garment types' panels will not show it.
- Take it off everything that uses it, retired ones included.
- A print location: untick it on every garment type, on Garment types.
- A print size: untick it on every location, on Print locations, and delete its price from every technique, on Techniques. Its ใช้อยู่ (In use) count on Print sizes shows which locations and techniques are left.
- Delete it into the trash again, and then press ลบถาวร (Delete forever).
If pressing ลบถาวร (Delete forever) brings up ลบถาวรไม่ได้ เพราะรายการนี้ไม่ได้อยู่ในถังขยะแล้ว (Cannot delete forever: this item is no longer in the trash), the row was restored or deleted forever in another window. Reload the page to see the trash as it is now.
