Signing in with the admin PIN

The admin area, จัดการรายการสินค้า (Manage the catalogue), is where a shop keeps its own catalogue and prices — its models, sizes, print locations, techniques and prices — and its settings. Only the shop admin's PIN opens it.

Signing in

Type the admin PIN on your shop's เข้าสู่ระบบ (Sign in) screen; the steps are the same as in Signing in. The admin PIN opens the quote screen too, so that is where you land first.

Opening the admin area

  1. On the quote screen, press the cog, บัญชีและการตั้งค่า (Account and settings), at the right-hand end of the top bar.
  2. Choose จัดการรายการสินค้า (Manage the catalogue). Only a device signed in with the admin PIN has it.

Or add /admin to your shop's address, as in yourshop.screenhouse.app/admin. If you are not signed in, the app asks for the PIN first and then takes you straight there.

Signed in with the staff PIN?

A device signed in with the staff PIN cannot open the admin area. The app takes you back to the sign-in screen with the message หน้านี้สำหรับผู้ดูแลร้าน กรุณาใส่รหัส PIN ผู้ดูแล (This page is for the shop admin; please enter the admin PIN). Type the admin PIN there — there is no need to sign out first.

Changing a PIN

The shop admin can change either PIN. How is in Shop settings.

A forgotten admin PIN

If a device is still signed in with the admin PIN — a device stays signed in for 12 hours from when it signed in — you can set a new admin PIN yourself on ตั้งค่าร้าน (Shop settings), without the old one. If no device is, contact us for a new one. Your catalogue, prices and settings stay as they are.
